Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of promoting moxibustion on nerve function defect of patients with cerebral infarction, analyze the effect of promoting moxibustion on prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction combined with the model, and explore the therapeutic mechanism of promoting moxibustion therapy,so as to provide a new solution for improving the clinical rehabilitation effect of cerebral infarction. Methods:Experiment 1:Eighty patients with cerebral infarction who met the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into promoting moxibustion group and acupuncture group, with 40 patients in each group. Both groups were treated with routine treatment such as anti-platelet aggregation, lipid regulation and control of basic diseases. The control group received acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training. The group of promoting moxibustion was treated with promoting moxibustion on the basis of the control group.Patients in both groups were treated once a day, treated for five days a week, and rested for two days on weekends,as a course of treatment for four weeks.Patients in the two groups were evaluated by scale, laboratory and color ultrasound examination before and after treatment and during follow-up,so as to analyze the influence of promoting moxibustion therapy on the recovery of nerve function and vascular endothelial function of patients recovering from cerebral infarction.Experiment 2:A practical randomized controlled study was used to construct the mathematical model.Multiple hospitalizations of acupuncture and moxibustion in our hospital were included(n>1);A total of 120 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into the promoting moxibustion group(n=40),conventional moxibustion group(n=40)and acupuncture group(n=40).The effect of promoting moxibustion on the treatment outcome of cerebral infarction and the influence on the intravascular environment were analyzed by establishing the risk assessment model and metabolic balance model based on treatment outcome. The results of the study:1.Before enrollment, there were no significant differences in the baseline levels of age, course of disease and degree of neurological impairment between the two groups(P>0.05),and were comparable between groups. After four weeks of treatment, neurological deficit score,FuGL-Meyer motor function score,ADL quality of life score,SAS self-rating Anxiety Scale,SDS Self-rating Depression Scale,Sheikh scale and Berg scale scores of 2 groups were significantly improved after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference in efficacy between the two groups was also statistically significant(P<0.01).The changes of angiotensin and vascular endothelial growth factor in the two groups before and after treatment were compared, and the promoting moxibustion group was better than the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).2.The change range was measured by color ultrasound before and after the brachial artery endothelium, and the endothelial function of the promoting moxibustion group was significantly improved(P<0.05).3.By establishing regression risk model and metabolic balance model,it was analyzed that promoting moxibustion had advantages in improving the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction, and promoting moxibustion could promote the homeostasis of vascular environment, thus improving vascular endothelial function.Conclusion:1.Promoting moxibustion can improve the rehabilitation effect of patients with cerebral infarction. It has obvious advantages in motor function, balance function and quality of life.2.Promoting moxibustion can improve vascular endothelial function by regulating angiotensin and vascular endothelial growth factor.3.Promoting moxibustion can improve the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction and reduce the recurrence rate of cerebral infarction, which is worthy of further clinical application. |
