| Purpose:According to cauterize the rat model of kidney Yang inducted byhydrocortisone, Observing the effects of different acupoint groups "Shenshu,Guan yuan","Shenshu, Zusanli," Guan Yuan, Zusanliâ€,"Shenshu, Zusanli, GuanYuan," different change on the content of ACTH, corticostero in serum of ratswith kidney yang deficiency syndrome caused by this method. To study the effectof moxibustion on the improvement caused by the use of hydrocortisone and adrenalcortex hormone of kidney yang deficiency syndrome, explore a set of optimumprescription point to provide some reference experimental data for clinicalacupuncture.Material and method:Theratswereinjectedwithhydrocortisone(25mg/Kg·d),Modeling time duration of14d. Grouping divided into two stages: The first stage:rats were randomly divided into2groups, blank control group(8rats), modelgroup(52rats). The second stage: When after the completion of the building,Remove the dead rats and in poor health body can’t complete the follow-uptreatment phase of the rats in the model group, then according to random numbertable put building successful40rats divided into5groups (8rats/group):model group, moxibustion group1,moxibustion group2, moxibustion group3,moxibustion group4. The blank control group without treatment, the other5groupfrom the15d, Mild moxibustion(Shenshuã€Guanyuan) was applied to moxibustiongroup1, Mild moxibustion(Shenshuã€Zusanli) was applied to moxibustion group2,Mild moxibustion(Zusanliã€Guanyuan) was applied to moxibustion group3. Mildmoxibustion(Shenshuã€Guanyuanã€Zusanli) was applied to moxibustion group4.Themoxibustion(once a day) was continued for14days. At the29days,I took this48rats’blood from the abdominal aorta and used the ELISA method to detect thecontents of rat serum ACTH and Corticosterone. Results:1. The rat model showed a certain deficiency of Yang state, The rat model showedsuch behavior change such as Lags in response, Curl up, Chilly, Hair loose,Polyuria and Diarrhea. After testing,we knew that Modeling make the content ofACTH and Corticosterone in the rat model’s serum compared with the control groupdecreased obviously. This shows that the model is a success model.2. Four treatment of ACTH content in serum of rats compared with rats in the modelgroup were improved (P <0.05). The moxibustion group4has the largest increase(P <0.05). The moxibustion group4treatment effect is stronger than the restof the three groups (P <0.05). The moxibustion group1treatment effect wasslightly weaker than The moxibustion group4, stronger than the other twomoxibustion groups (The moxibustion group2and The moxibustion group3)(P <0.05).3. Four treatment of corticosterone content in serum of rats compared with ratsin the model group were improved (P <0.05). The moxibustion group4has thelargest increase (P <0.05). The moxibustion group4treatment effect is strongerthan the rest of the three groups (P <0.05). The moxibustion group1treatmenteffect was slightly weaker than The moxibustion group4, stronger than the othertwo moxibustion groups (The moxibustion group2and The moxibustion group3)(P <0.05).Conclusion:1. Moxibustion stimulating different acupuncture point group can improve thecontent of ACTH, corticosterone in serum of rats.2. The moxibustion group4(Shenshuã€Guanyuanã€Zusanli) can increase the concentrationof ACTH and corticosterone in serum of rats best.3. In the three group, the moxibustion group1(Shenshuã€Guanyuan) can increase theconcentration of ACTH and corticosterone in serum of rats better than the other twogroups. |
