Therapeutic Effect Of PFNA And Proximal Femoral Anatomical Locking Plate On Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture

Purpose:To compare the proximal femoral nail antirotation and anatomicproximal femoral locking plate in the treatment of intertrochanteric frature.Methods:A study was conducted on33intertrochanteric fratures treated withALP(15cases) and PFNA(18cases)in our hospital from January2012and June2013.Results:33patients with postoperative by5-12months (average7months).After statistics processing, compared with the group ALP,the group PFNA hadshorter operation time, fewer blood loss, better postoperative functionalrecovery of hip joint, fracture healing time although there are differences butwithout statistical significance.Conclusion:Compared with the group ALP, PFNA in treatment ofintertrochanteric fractures with shorter operation time, less surgical bloodloss, The hip joint function recovery is better. PFNA is much more suitable forpatients who are poor body condition or shorter surgery tolerance.
