| Objectives:To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the Tunnel-type fistula resection and ligation for treatment of High anal fistula. Methods:The randomized study was made in60patients with severe High anal fistula. The study group (30cases) received the treatment of Tunnel-type fistula resection and ligation and the control group (30cases) received the treatment of Resection, Suture&Thread-drawing. Observe and evaluate effectã€complications and postoperative3months recurrence rate judgment about the safety and efficacy of Tunnel-type fistula resection and ligation. Results:Two surgical procedures have achieved the equal curative effect (P>0.05). Between two groups, there were statistically significant differences in the LOS(length of stay)ã€Wound healing time. Pain degree of postoperative dayã€Degree of postoperative bleeding(P<0.05). Experiment group was better than the control group. There was no significant difference in Postoperative infectionã€Rate of primary healing after surgeryã€Postoperative pain degree on the3ã€7ã€11dayã€Postoperative uroschesis. Postoperative rectal touch integral. The postoperative anal incontinence between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tunnel-type fistula resection and ligation is a new technique for treatment of High anal fistula with effective and safe. It could effective cure anal fistula at the same time can shorten hospitalization timeã€healing timeã€Pain degree of postoperative day and reduce postoperative bleeding... |
