| Objective: To explore the classified Canon ligation of intersphicteric fistula tract in the treatment of low anal fistula clinical cure rate, postoperative pain and postoperative anal function of statistics, to objectively evaluate the classified Canon ligation of intersphicteric fistula tract of the advantages and disadvantages, and provided the scientific basis for the clinical application. Methods : Selection of 60 cases of anal fistula patients, randomly divided the patients into two groups, 30 cases of the patients of the treatment group and the control group in each, the treatment group with intersphincteric fistula ligation, the control group using anal fistulotomy. The curative rate, the degree of pain, postoperative urination, anal function, wound healing time and length of stay of the two groups were compared.Results:Similar ligation of intersphicteric fistula tract surgery and anal fistula incision compared, two group, the cure rate was the same, not relapse patients, postoperative pain, postoperative anal function, wound healing time, length of hospital stay compared with significant difference(P < 0.05), the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion : Similar ligation of intersphicteric fistula tract in the treatment of high cure rate, can significantly shorten the time of postoperative wound healing, and can reduce the degree of postoperative pain patients, maintenance of postoperative anal function of patients.
