| Objective:This study sets perimenopausal syndrome patients as observation object, electroacupuncture as means of treatment, comparing with sham acupuncture, estimating the treatment effect of perimenopausal syndrome under the electroacupuncture influence, and the purpose of our study is to provide some certain clinical evidence to the research of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.Methods:60patients with perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into curative group and sham group,2cases of them were fallen off,58cases showed effective,28cases are from the curative group and30cases belong to the sham group.Two groups all used density wave and the frequency was10/50hz,stimulating for30minutes.Patients in the two groups received treatment every other day, three times a week,continuing8weeks,totally24times.Our research recorded the patient’s symptoms of menopause rating scale(MRS),quality of life rating scale perimenopausal(MENQOL) when they were enlisted and at the4th,8th,20th and32th week respectively after they were in the groups, and tested the patient’s level of serum sex hormone(FSH,LH,E2) the moment they were in and the8th,20th week after recruited,then counted and analyzed the data collected above.Result:1. MRS, MENQOL score:comparing with the state before treatment, two groups’MRS, MENQOL scores are reduced at the4th,8th week and the3th,6th month in follow-up period, the difference is statistically significant (p<0.05); with the time in treatment at the4th,8th week,the score decreased, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05); But with phases at the8th week in treatment,the3th,6thmonth in follow-up period after treatment, the difference of efficacy has no statistical significance (p>0.05). with the sham group, there was no statistically significant difference in the curative group (p>0.05), but what can be found in dimension score of quality list is that the curative group’s urinary tract symptoms and sex of score are lower than sham group (p<0.05), while psychological score higher than sham group (p<0.05).2. Serum sex hormone levels:comparing with the state before treatment, two groups’FSH, LH slightly decreased, but there is no statistical significance difference changes(p>0.05), in the curative group,the E2increased after8weeks’treatment (p<0.05), and in the3th month in follow-up the E2value has increased compared with the number reported in the8th week in treatment period,but there was no statistically significant difference (p>0.05), while sham group’s E2slightly decreased at each time point,the differences of the changes is no statistical significance (p>0.05). It manifests that the two groups failed to significantly improve the patients’FSH, LH levels, but the curative group’s E2level has effectively promoted after8weeks’ treatment and can maintain3months after the end of the treatment. Comparing with the sham group, the curative group’s FSH, LH have no statistically significant difference (p>0.05), but it’s serum E2value increases, the curative group’s difference is statistically significant compared with sham group (p<0.05). It tell us that electric acupuncture can improve the patients’serum E2level and the effect is better than sham acupuncture.Conclusion:1.The electric acupuncture in the menopausal transition could relief the symptoms, and sham acupuncture has effect as well, the overall curative effect is not significant difference between the two. But the electric acupuncture relief the symptoms of urinary and sexual life trouble is better than the sham acupuncture, but to improve the psychological condition is slightly inferior to the sham group. That the overall curative effect difference between experimental group and sham group was not significant may relate to the relatively lack of content of samples and the psychological characteristics of patients with the disease, so the conclusion remains to be further research.2. electric acupuncture group improves the patients’ serum E2level is better than that of sham group. |
