Objective: Based on different body mass index of diabetic nephropathy patients’ clinical symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine, physics and chemistry examination were analyzed retrospectively. It is to explore the overweight and obesity in patients with diabetic nephropathy clinical features of traditional Chinese medicine、physical and chemical indicators, and the relevance between body mass index and the clinical features.Material and method: Collecting 109 patients with diabetic nephropathy hospitalized in endocrinology of Liaoning university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from September 2014 to January 2015.We records the data including the general information, medical history, clinical symptoms and signs, laboratory data.It is divided into not overweight obesity group with 41 cases and the overweight obesity group with 68 cases According to bmi<24kg/m2 and bmi≥24kg/m2.And statistical analysis was carried out by using SPSS 17.0 software.Count data was tested by chi-square test, measurement data by using t test or nonparametric test.At the same time correlation analysis was carried out on the body mass index and the clinical features,P<0.05 is considered statistically significant. Results: 1.Medical history:DKD patients of the overweight and obesity group’s age concentrated in 40-59 years old(54.4%);non overweight and obese group concentrated in the age group of 60 years old of above(51.2%).There were statistically significant differences in the age of BMI between overweight and obesity group and non overweight and obesity group(P<0.05).The overweight and obesity with hypertension sickness has 53 people(77.9%),more than non overweightand obesity with hypertension sickness has 24 people( 58.5%)(P<0.05).Overweight and obesity associated with dyslipidemia has 31 people, accounting for 48.8% of the total, non overweight and obesity group has 20 people, accounting for 45.6% of the total. 2.Clinical symptoms:88 people are common symptoms of two groups for fatigue level signs(80.7%);The symptoms of end of limbs cold and numb has 67(61.5%);The symptoms of blurred vision has 59 cases(54.1%);The symptoms of chest tightness has 46 cases(42.2%); dizziness in 29 cases(32.6%).The group of overweight and obesity appeared the most symptoms: fatigue in 57 cases(83.8%);blurred vision in 38 cases(63.2%),end of limbs cold and numb in 43 cases(55.9%),dizziness in 21 cases(30.8%),chest tightness in 22 cases(32.4%).Between the two groups, chest tightness, dizziness, sleep bad chi square test showed that P was less than 0.05.The symptoms of frowsty, giddy, insomnia differences between the group of overweight and obesity and the group of non overweight and obesity had statistical significance. 3.Laboratory examination:Admission glucose in overweight and obesity group of patients with DKD is(14.37±4.96) mmol/l,more than(13.35±5.67) mmol/l of non overweight and obesity group(P<0.05).The TG level of overweight and obesity group(1.90,1.08)mmol/l is higher than that of non overweight and obesity group(1.49,0.95) mmol/l(P<0.05),and the HDL-C level of overweight and obesity(1.01,0.33)mmol/l is lower than that of non overweight and obesity group(1.17,0.57)mmol/l(P<0.05). 4.Correlation analysis:The simple correlation coefficient of the value of BMI, and simple correlation coefficient with TG is 0.20,P=0.04;With age is-0.25,P=0.01.It can be considered that BMI with age and TG had a statistically significant relationship. Conclusion: 1.The overweight and obesity’s onset age is younger than non overweight and obese group.2.Overweight and obesity diabetic nephropathy patients is always with hypertension and dyslipidemia disease. The occurrences of symptoms of chest tightness, dizziness, insomnia is less than the group of overweight and obesity. 3.The admission blood glucose in the overweight and obesity groups is higher than that in non overweight and obesity group.TG level in the overweight and obesity groups is higher than that in non overweight and obesity group.HDL-C is lower than that in non overweight and obesity group. 4.There is a Linear correlation between the body mass index(bmi) and diabetic nephropathy patient’s age and TG.
