| Purpose:This research through to the pediatric practice nursing students questionnaires, collect information of nursing students mental health level data, the personality characteristics of nursing students and the related factors affecting the psychological health level. Targeted to the implementation of the modern adjustment of traditional Chinese medicine therapy, mobilizing the psychological factors of pediatric practice nursing students actively, trying to promote the development of the nursing students mental health, promote self-efficacy, provide better nursing students career planning, to establish modern adjustment of traditional Chinese medicine for practice nursing students refer to the specification of the model to provide objective evidence.Object and method:1. Questionnaire: for nursing students of different levels of pediatric practice in questionnaire survey, for important data information. 2. Statistical analysis: input data using SPSS13.0 software for statistical analysis. 3. Modern therapy of TCM intervention: guided by the TCM basic theory, Specific according to the basic nursing of TCM adopt corresponding methods,such as: reasons things out the enlighten,method of transferring,explain doubt method,nursing of inter-restrition among method.Results:1. Pediatric internship nursing students SCL- 90 total score higher than the national youth norm. 2. Individual psychological health level is the outcome of combined action of genetic and environmental factors. In this influence factors, gender, age, education level of nursing students personal characteristics and family situation will be to play a different degree of mental health directly.Conclusion:1. By SCL- 90 scale test, not only reflects the pediatric practice nursing students mental health status, also can reflect a nursing student’ feeling of job burnout. 2. Pediatric internship nursing students mental health is lower than the general population, the psychological demand also have obviously different, according to the personality characteristics of the nursing students, psychological intervention by strengthening health concept, make the various levels of pediatric practice nursing students mental health level have improved. 3. According to the characteristics of the nursing students, and constantly update nursing education idea, the combination of school education and clinical education resources fully, make proper education and guidance, promote the development of nursing students mental health. 4.This study adopted by the modern therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is a safe and effective intervention plans, and a relatively stable way to improve practice nurses job burnout, deserves further exploration. |
