| Aim:To evaluate patients received the different language treatment and the same acupuncture treatment by the same acupuncturist, clinical curative effect of treatment with, try to explore the clinical efficacy of language treatment on the neck type of cervical spondylosis.Methods:To collect 90 cases of the neck type of cervical spondylosis patients, which meeting the inclusion criteria, and randomly divided into 3 groups, which are control group (Group A), language therapy group 1 (Group B) and language therapy group 2 (Group C), and 30 patients in each group.Three groups of acupuncture division is the same doctor.Each group were selected fengchi (double), jingJiaji (neck-2, neck-4 and neck-6), Jianjing (double),and the acupuncture therapy is the same. Group A only received the acupuncture treatment,which called control group; Group B received the language therapy.which were telled the truth of doctor’s qualifications; Group C received the language therapy,which were telling the exaggerated doctor’s qualifications. Using the visual analogue scale (VAS), pain rating index (PRI) to test the pain status before acupuncture, the first day of acupuncture, the second day of acupuncture,and the third day of acupuncture.then statistic and analyze the data.Results:the included 90 cases have 86 effective cases. The control group(Group A) has 28 cases, language therapy group 1 (Group B) has 29 cases and language therapy group 2 (Group C) has 29 cases.1. The first day of acupuncture,the VAS score and PRI (feeling,emotion) had no significant change (P>0.05) in Group A and Group B,But PRI (emotion) in Group C decreases significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.05). The second day and the third day of acupuncture, the VAS score and PRI (feeling) of both group decrease significantly compared with before treatment (P<0.05).2.The first day of acupuncture.the VAS score and PRI (feeling,emotion) had no significant change(P>0.05) between Group A and Group B.while the PRI(emotion) of Group C had significant difference (P<0.05) compared with both Group A and Group B, but the VAS score and PRI (feeling) had no significant difference (P>0.05).3.The second day of acupuncture, the VAS score and PRI (feeling.emotion) had no significant change (P>0.05) between Group A and Group B.while the VAS score and PRI(emotion) of Group C had significant difference (P<0.05) compared with both Group A and Group B, but the PRI(feeling) had no significant difference (P>0.05).4.The third day of acupuncture,the VAS score and PRI (feeling,emotion) had no significant change(P>0.05) between Group A and Group B.while the PRI(emotion) of Group C had significant difference (P<0.05) compared with both Group A and Group B, but the VAS score, PRI(sensory) had no significant difference (P>0.05).5.After all the treatment, the VAS score and PRI (feeling,emotion) decreased significantly,and the total effective rate were 89.29%,93.10%,96.55%. Good improvement rate of Group C(72.41%) was significantly higher than Group A(53.57%).6.Psychological suggestion of language therapy can quickly relieve patients’ "discomfort ", "excruciating" and other unpleasant emotions to rapidly raise the effects of acupuncture treatment,but which can’t change the feeling of pain.Conclusion:1.With he authoritative psychological suggestion,the routine acupuncture therapy can quickly improve the bad mood of the cervical spondylosis patients.2.There is no obvious difference in the overall efficacy of acupuncture with he authoritative psychological suggestion for treating cervical spondylosis. |
