Comparative Study On Treatment Of Hemoid Mixed Hemorrhoids By Two Combined Therapies

Objective:To observe and compare the TST combined Milligan-Morgan and RPH combined Milligan-Morgan in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids clinical curative effect.Methods:We received eighty patients according to the diagnosis standard and exclusion standard of the circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. According to the wishes of patients,they were divided into T-M group and R-M group, each group has forty cases. Cases in T-M group received the treatment of TST combined Milligan-Morgan, while others in R-M group received the treatment of RPH combined Milligan-Morgan. Observe the clinical effect and intraoperative situation and postoperative complications of the groups of Patients. Observation and statistics was operation time, post operative pain, post operative bleeding, the urine and stool after the operation, anal bulge and the redundant skin after the operation, postoperative sequelae, the time of post operative incision healing, the recrudescence after leaving hospital, and satisfaction survey etc.Results:The T-M group surpass the R-M group in the clinical effect, the post operative pain,the redundant skin after the operation, the time of post operative incision healing, and satisfaction survey(P<0.05). The R-M group surpass the T-M group in the operation time(P<0.05).There was no difference between the groups in post operative bleeding, the urine and stool after the operation, anal bulge, postoperative sequelae and the recrudescence after leaving hospital(P>0.05). No complications occurred in both two groups, the recent follow-up showed no recurrence.Conclusion:With the TST combined Milligan-Morgan in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids in the treatment to achieve the purpose, at the same time, TST combined Milligan-Morgan also reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, with short recovery time and high patient satisfaction. Through this study, TST combined Milligan-Morgan methods achieves better therapeutic effect and is safe and effective, worthy of promotion in clinical use.
