| Objective:In this copic, through comparative study, to explore the Milligan Morgan hemorrhoidectomy combined ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids(RPH) of â…¡&â…¢ the clinical values of the application of mixed hemorrhoid.Methods:160cases of â…¡&â…¢ of mixed hemorrhoid were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The group of80patients with Milligan Morgan hemorrhoidectomy combined with ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids(RPH) treatment, the control group80cases were treated with Milligan Morgan hemorrhoidectomy, Changes and complications of main symptoms and signs were observed before and after treatment were compared in the two groups. Application of statistical software SPSS17.0to analyze the results, with a=0.05for the level of bilateral inspection.Results:Two groups of patients with general information by the T test and X2test:p>0.05before treatment, no significant difference between the two groups of data, comparable. After the treatment of two patients with the symptom scores decreased significantly. Operation after seventh days and15days in two groups of patients with bleeding symptoms were obviously improved. The combined group is better than control group. There were statistical differences (p<0.05); After the operation the integral hemorrhoids prolapse of the two groups were significantly decreased. But by the7day after the operation,14days and30days of observation. There are no significant difference between the two groups (p>0.05); After6months of follow-up, The combined group the recurrence rate was lower than the control group, There were statistical differences (p<0.05); The two groups were no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:The Milligan Morgan hemorrhoidectomy combined ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids(RPH) is a safe and effective method. |
