On the basis of research on yield and quality in strong gluten wheat,based on the results of field experiments,effects of different stage of N fertilizer application,different level of N fertilizer application,sowing quantity and N fertilizer applied ratio on Wanmai 38 yield and quality were studied,The results showed:1.Effects on output properties and quality under different stage of N fertilizer application and different level of N fertilizer application in Wanmai38 were obvious,with basic N application 111kg/hm~2 and the same N application period,when level of N fertilizer application was 125.0kg/hm~2,output and quality in Wanmai38 were in harmony,with the same level of N fertilizer application,output in the treatment of jointing stage fertilizer application amounted to 7177.66kg/hm~2,quality reached high grade Strong gluten wheat quality request,was the best stage of N fertilizer application of harmony output and quality in Wanmai38,the economy properties of N fertilizer application on the jointing stage was in harmony comparatively,output was notablely more than on overtop N fertilizer application treatment and other period N treatment,most quality ofjointing and booting N treatment in Wanmai38 gained maximum value,the synthetical quality was good,quality difference ofjointing and booting N treatments were not notable.2.Effects on groups quality under sowing quantity and N fertilizer applied ratio in Wanmai 38 were obvious,sowing quantity and N fertilizer applied ratio existed interaction effects. With the same sowing quality,the total recovery of N fertilizer applied was 225kg/hm~2, appropriately increasing the proportion of N recovery in jointing stage was conducive to the improvement of population quality;the same N fertilizer applied ratio,decreasing sowing quantity had markedly improved Nutrition condition of individual plant noticeably, let individual plant healthy and strong,increased tillering and spike rates significantly, reduced the leaf area index,plant height,reduced dry matter accumulation.Different seeding rate conditions,the recovery ratio based on Wanmai 38 dry matter accumulation were inconsistencies,sowing quantity and N fertilizer applied ratio existed interaction effects,12 innteracted treatments,dry matter accumulation of 180kg/hm~2 broadcast,N fertilizer applied ratio of five:five of was the highest,was conducive to production.3.Effects on flag leaf senescence and yield under sowing quantity and N fertilizer applied ratio in Wanmai38 were obvious,sowing quantity and N fertilizer applied ratio existed interaction effects.Sowing quality reduced,increasing the proportion of topdressing could delay the flag leaf senescence,the same amount of sowing quantity,basic,recovery of the total N fertilizer applied 225kg/hm~2,appropriately increasing the proportion of N recovery was conducive to delay the flag leaf senescence.With the same N fertilizer applied ratio lowering sowing quality,was beneficial to delay the flag leaf senescence,various periods after blooming,low sowing quality of 60kg/hm~2 chlorophyll content,superoxide dismutase activity,peroxidase activity were higher than the corresponding ratio of other sowing quality 120kg/hm~2 and 180kg/hm~2,and the higher level of sowing quality,the higher contents malondialdehyde(MDA).for 12 innteracted treatments,yield in sowing quality of 180kg/hm~2,based recovery ratio of 5:5 was the highest,yield reached 7826.08kg/hm~2.4.Effects on quality under sowing quantity and N fertilizer applied ratio in Wanmai 38 were obvious,sowing quantity and N fertilizer applied ratio existed interaction effects. sowing quantity and N fertilizer applied ratio affected Wanmai 38 bulk density,protein content,extraction rate significantly,had little effects of the water content,had a certain degree influence effects on Wanmai38 flour quality,for the same sowing quatity conditions, increasing proportion of N recovery,could improve the quality of Wanmai 38,with the same level of N fertillzer and N fertilizer applied ratio application,increasing sowing quatity,reduced Wanmai 38 quality.Sowing quantity and N fertilizer applied ratio existed interaction effects,12 innteracted treatments,yield of sowing quantity 180kg/hm~2,N fertilizer applied ratio5:5 was the highest,but the stability of time had failed to meet quality standards for the quality of strong gluten wheat,and the yield of sowing quantity 120kg/hm~2,N fertilizer applied ratio5:5 was second,all the qualities achieved meet quality standards for the quality of strong gluten wheat,that was to say,treatment of sowing quantity 120kg/hm~2,N fertilizer applied ratio of five:five could reach the goul of high yield and quality.
