The yield and its components of RIL47 (Recombinant Inbred Line) wereinvestigated at Sanya and Changsha. And the relationship between SSR markers andyield or its components were analyzed by use of the RIL population derived fromindica and javanica cross. The main results were shown as follows:1. The variation of agronomic traits among individuals of RIL47 were wideespecially on spikelets per panicle, grains per panicle, yield per plant and theoreticyield. There were significant difference at 5% level in agronomic traits of RIL47between Sanya and Changsha, except the culm height. And the significant levels ofdifference in panicle per plant, spikelets per panicle, 1000-grains weight, theoreticyield and seed set was reach to 1%.2. The yield per plant of RIL47 was mainly affected by spikelets per panicle, grains per panicle, panicle per plant and seed setting. Yield per plant was mostlyaffected by panicle per plant in Sanya, and did by seed set in Changsha.3. There were 80 pairs with polymorphism between 43S and 770 in 452 pairs ofSSR primer, the polymorphic percentage was 17.70%.4. A rice genetic linkage map including 50 SSR makers was established.5. A SSR marker, named as RM11, was confirmed to link with 1000-grain weightand another SSR marker, known as RM211, was demonstrated to link with paniclenumber per plant.
