Study On The Different Acidifiers Adding In Weaning Pig Diets

The experiment was conducted to single out the better adidifies and study the effects and mecharism of two acidifiers (acidifierâ… and acidifierâ…¡) in diets for weaning pigs.In the experiment,niety crossbred early weaned piglets were divided into three groups to determiner the effect of supplemental .Three treatments and single facter were utilized.And one group was offered feed free of acidifier adlibitum, two groups were offered the same dier adlibitu supplemeated with 0.4% acidifierâ… and acidifierâ…¡respectively.The experiment included four sections.Part one for feeding ,feed intake,rate of diarrhea ,weight gain, rate of livability,average daily gain ,feed efficiency of each group were measured.Part two for digestive trial,endogenesis indicator was used in digestion trial to measue apparent digestibility of crude protein.Part three for blood biochemical test,totol serum protein,ruea nitrogen ALT,AST,AKP,LDH,ALB and G were tested.Part four for digestive physiology,determine the pH of digestive tract, digestive enzyme ;E.coli counts ,lactobacillus counts,anaerobic counts,aerobe counts:microscope was used of measure the tallness of small intestine tomentum and the depth of recess.The results shows:1,Two acidifiers are well to pigs and acidifierâ…¡is better.2,0.4% acidifiers add in diets increased average daily gain and apparent digestibility of crude protein, decreased feed/gain;acidifiersâ…¡significantly rised average daily gain and apparent digestibility of crude protein;significantly decreased feed/gain;(P<0.05)3,Acidifiers add in diets decreased pH of stomach,ileum and jejunum.0.4% acidifiers add in diets increased lactobacillus counts and anaerobic counts, decreased E.coli counts and aerobe counts;acidifiersâ…¡was well.4,.4% cidifiers add in diets significantly rised AKP(P<0.05)5,Acidifiersâ…¡significantly rised albumin(P<0.05)6,Acidifiers add in diets increased tetallness of jejunum tomentum and decreased the depth of jejunum recess: significantly rised tetallness of ileum tomentum,acidifiers was well(P<0.05).Two acidifiers significantly decreased the depth of ileum recess.
