Fundamental Study On Atrial Fibrillation Prevented And Treated By The Therapy Of Warming Yang-invigoratingheart And Tranquilizing

Through observing the dynamic syndrome of 30 patients with atrial fibrillation (At) in the process of pathogeny and therapy, we put forward that the deficiency of heartyang and heart-qi is the basic symptom, that the therapy of warming-yang and invigorating-heart and tranguilizing is the basic way to cure Af. By using that therapy, we can alleviate the symptoms of the patients with Af and improve their quality of life,especially to patients with paxoxysmal atrial fibrillation(PAF).The total effective rate is 70%. Besides,by adopting the new technology of UCG,we conquered the difficulty in marking accurately the left ventricular diastolic function and estimated objectively left ventricular(LV) diastolic funtion of 10 patients before and after treating.The result testified that the therapy can reduce LV diastolic dysfunction of patients with Afwhich is accorded with improvement of symptoms.In order to. clarify further the mechanism of treating Af by this method,we observed the ECG and ultrastructure of cardiac atrium and auricula of Af mice model whose Af was caused by drugs and protected by Chinese drugs in advance.The result shows that the therapy of warming yang-invigorating heart and tranquilizing can cut down the Af time and alleviate the damage of ultrastructure caused by Af and protect histocyte.
