Clinical Study On Endometriosis Treated By Tong Yu Decoction

Endometriosis uterina is a common gynaecology disease, but it isn?t cured satisfactorily. Tong Yu decoction is an effective perscription for endometriosis. To substartiate its curative effect, discuss its mechanism of activating blood circulation to dissipate stasis for endometriosis, we made clinical study of Tong Yu medicament in this paper.Sixty patients who suffered from EM were putted into two groups at random, Tong Yu group and danazol group. The course of treatment is three months. Besides, fifteen regular women were selected as normal control group, without drug. The following items were gotten before and after being given drugs:clinical symptoms~ physical signs~ the targets of blood rheology, IL? and EmAb.The study results is that the clinical symptoms and physical signs of EM patients were improved after using Tong Yu decoction, disorder blood rheology of EM was decreased, immune mechanism of EM was adjusted. These results showed Tong Yu decoct ion can cure the primary cause of Em through getting rid of the ectopic endometria and blood stasis. Improving microcirculation and content of organization blood oxygen, adjusting immune mechanism. Its by梕ffect is less than danazol. The theating mechanism of Tong Yu decoction is different from danazol.
