Study On The Relationship Of Pathology,lgG,lgM Of Testicular Tissue Between Testiculogenic Azoospermic Patients With Deficiency Symdrome Of The Kidney And Blood Stasis Symdrome | Posted on:2002-10-02 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:J L Gao | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2144360032953148 | Subject:Chinese medical science | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Background: A large number of clinical study indicate that immune mechanism often exists in azoospermia patients. But there is till no study on the relationship between immune and zheng in azoospermatism. Objectives: With the study on pathology, IgG, 1gM of testicular tissue of testiculogenic azoospermia patients with deficiency symdrome of the kidney and blood stasis syrndrome to expore the relationship in pathology, immune mechanism and zheng in azoospermic patients. Materals and Mlethods: 31 azoospermia patients were selected as ~subjects, with an average age of 29. 62 year old. 16 patients belong to deficiency symdrome of the kidney group, 15 patients belong to blood stasis symdrome group. Another 5 patients?testicular tissue as normal group. All patients?testicular tissue is studied with pathology and immunohistochemistry. Results: 74.2% patients?pathologic type is Arrest spermatogenesis. Lesion in blood stasis symdrome group is more severe than in deficiency symdrome of the kidney group (PO.05). There is no linear correlation between the lesion of testicular tissue and immune deposition (P>O.05). Conclusions: Lesion of testicular tissue in blood stasis symdrome group is more severe and complicated than in deficiency symdrome of the kidney group. Autoiniinune is uaual in testiculogenic azoospermic patients with deficiency symdrome of the kidney and blood stasis symdrome, but immune mechanism is not a dominant etiological factor in testiculogenic azoospermia. There is no significant correlaton between autoimmune and syrndrome.
