The Clinical Study On The Therapeutic Action Of Sacral Canal Epidural Space Injection To Lumbar Prostrusion Of Intervetebral Disc By Salvia Miltiorrhiza Compound Injection

Objective:To investigate the clinical therapeutic action of sacralcanal epidural space injection to lumbar prostrusion of intervertebral disc(LPD)with salvia miltiorrhiza compound injection. Method: Observed the patient抯 improvement of physical signs. The kinetic change in plasma TXB2,6-keto-PGF1 a levels were determined by radioimmunoassay in 30 patients with LPD and in 10 healthy people. Result: It was revealed that the LPD patients?plasma levels of TXB2,6-keto-PGF10 T/k ratio were higher than that of healthy people's. After the salvia miltiorrhiza compound injection therapy, more than 90% patients recovered notably, and the plasma TXB2,6- keto-PGF1 levels decreased nearly to the normal levels. Conclusion: Salvia miltiorrhiza compound injection plays a positive role in reliving pain, alleviating the inflammatory reaction of nerve root and promoting regaining.
