Clinic Study On The Treatment Of The Acute Cerebral Infarction With The Method Promoting The Blood Expelling Phlegm And Regulating The Flow Of Qi

Acute cerebral infarction is the very popular disease in the world. At presen 1.1 lie Chinese traditional medicine can gel the belter effect in this disease. To disco ver why the Chinese herb with the function of promoting the blood expelling phleg m and regulating the flow of Qi can get the better effect and if this method can infl uence the function of the endothelial cell. We used the Chinese herb which can pro mote the blood, expel phlegm and regulate the flow of Qi to treat 35 patients of the acute cerebral infarction and with the syndrome of wind with stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis in Chinese traditional medicine. We also treat the 26 patients with t he acute cerebral infarction and same syndrome in no herb. Before and after 14 day s treatments, we evaluate the clinical neurological impairment with the Europe Stro ke Scale and symptom with traditional symptom scale. We test the nitric oxide in bl ood serum, the blood flow and velocity of blood flow, the active partial thromboplas tin time, thrombin time, prothrombin time and f ibrinogen, platelet number in blood. The plateletcric, platelet volume distribution width and mean platelet volume were also measured. The result showed that the effective rate of herb group was marked! y greater than that of control group. The herb can promote NO in the blood serum, increase the mean platelet volume and the mark of ESS, can decrease the velocity o f blood flow and the f ibrinogen in blood, reduce the marks of traditional symptom. The result show that the method of promoting the blood, expelling phlegm and regul ating the flow of Qi can get better clinic effect, can expand blood vessel, increase ce rebral blood flow, regulate blood coagulate state, prevent the adhere of thrombus, i mprove the function of endothelial cell.
