Clinical Research On The Effect Of Tablet Qingrejieduhuazhuo On Chronic Viral Hepatitis

This research is to determine if the effect of Tablet Qingrejieduhuazhuo on CVH is different between the syndrome of accumulation of damp-heat and the syndrome of depression of liver and weakness of spleen by observing patient's ALT, AST, TBIL, HA, CG, PC-Ill, LN, IL-2, IL-6, IL-10, 1FN-, TNF a TGF- and Endotoxin; at the same time,30 patient in the syndrome of depression of liver and weakness of spleen was randomly assigned to receiving Tablet Qingrejieduhuazhuo(15 patients),receiving Tablet Shuganlipi( 16 patients)for 1 month.The results showed:1.Tablet Qingrejieduhuazhuo can improve clinical symptoms of patients both on the syndrome of accumulation of damp-heat and on the syndrome of depression of liver and weakness of spleen, but the effect on the accumulation of damp-heat is better than the syndrome of depression of liver and weakness of spleen 2.Both Tablet Qingrejieduhuazhuo and Tablet Shuganlipi can lower ALT, there is no significance between them. Tablet Shuganlipi can't decrease AST, yet Tablet Qingrejieduhuazhuo can take effect not only on the syndrome of accumulation of damp-heat but also on the syndrome of depression of liverand weakness of spleen ?3.Tablet Qingrejieduhuazhuo can decrease the levels of bilirubin on the syndrome of accumulation of damp-heat 4.Tablet Qingrejieduhuazhuo is effective on lower CG and HA, but Tablet Tablet Shuganlipi can only lower CG.5.Tablet Qingrejieduhuazhuo is effective on decreasing endotoxin levels both on the syndrome of accumulation of damp-heal and on the syndrome of depression of liver and weakness of spleen 0 Tablet Shuganlipi is inefficiency on it.Conclusion: Tablet Qingrejieduhuazhuo have pretty effect of protecting hepatocyte and reject hepatic fibrosis on treating CVH. The mechanism might have anything to do with eliminating endotoxin in blood, ceasing the vicious cycle of injury to the liver. Tablet Qingrejieduhuazhuo have pretty effect of protecting hepatocyte and reject hepatic fibrosis both on the syndrome of accumulation of damp-heat and on the syndrome of depression of liver and weakness of spleen the syndrome of depression of liver and weakness of spleen. This result is suggested that the essence pathogenesis of CVH is moist-heat. No matter differentiation of syndromes or differentiation diseases, it can also take effect.
