Clinical And Experimental Study On Treatment Of Lmmnological Sterility (Patients With AsAb Being Positive) With Zhong Zi Zhuan Yin Ke Li

Objective: To look for a new therapeutic thought method and drugthrough studying systematically the mechanism of treating immunological sterility with Zhong Zi Zhuan Yin Ke Li fromtheoretical. clinical and experimental sides. Mothod: All patients with immunological sterility are divided into two groups randomly. Zhong Zi Zhuan Yin Ke Li is given to treatment class including 54 cases, and at the same time prednisone acetate is given to control class including36 cases. Through observing improvement of clinical symptoms before treatment and after treatment, immunological and endocrinogical changes such as T-cellssubsets(CD3 CD4 CD8) serum immunoglobulin(such as IgA , IgG, IgM), complement C3 and C4 and pregnancy, we draw a conclusion that the patients with immunological sterility have immune function abnormity. Totally effective rate gets to 92.59% in treatment class, while totally effective rate gets to 72.22% in control class.There is very significant difference between treatment class and control class(P<0.01). Results: we think that main mechanism of immunological sterility is kidney deficiency and nlood stasis. Zhong Zi Zhuan Yin Ke Li can fortify kidney, nourish Qi, relieve blood stasis and clear heatness. Zhong Zi Zhuan Yin Ke Li can improve clinical symptoms effectively, regulate immune function, clear AsAb through many sides , increase of ovary and hasten pregnancy.
