The Clinical And Experimental Study Of Treating Chronic Ulcerative Colitis With Decocuon Of Kuijiekang

The article mainly discussed the therapeutic effect and mechanism of kuijiekang in treating ulceratic colitis. Clinical observation were carried ,in which treatment group (46cases)vvith kuijiekang and contract group (44cases)\vith Salicylazosulfapyridine(SASP) were set up randomly.Resuh:Treatment group had 60.9 percent in clinical complete alleviated rate and 91.3 percent hvoffei ive rate , superior to contrast group with 40.9percent and 70.5 percent respectively . The'probability is less than 0.01.Treatmeat group is also superior to contrast group in alleviating symptoms and signs ,the probability is less than 0.01.Kuijiekang can decrease the level of IgG obviously,increase the level of IL-2,can make the level of CDS higher than contrast group,make ratio between CD4and CDS lower than contrast group,reach the normal level.The result of animal experiment indicated that kuijiekang decreased the level of IgG in animal model obviously,increased the level of IL-2 obviously,can accelerate the ulcer's healing and treat diarrhea of mouse.Kuijiekang can regulate immune function ,recover the immune balance,and had good function in accelerating the ulcer's healing and arresting diarrhea through improving the level of IgG and IL-2,the ratio between CD4and CD8. So Kuijiekang is an effective docoction in treating ulcerative colitis.
