The Research Of Relationship Between Lung Regulating Metabolism Of Body Fluids And Heart Regulating Blood Circulation

From the interaction between the lung yang regulating body fluid and heart yang regulating blood, this article explored the physiological and pathological relationship between lung regulating the metablism of body fluids and heart controlling blood circulation and clinical meaning.Lung Qi and heart Qi have a keen relationship, they help each other physiologically and influence each other pathologically through initial energy. The function of lung Qi regulating body fluids and heart Qi regulating blood relate through the close relationship between the heart Qi and lung Qi.The yang of heart and lung is part of Qi of heart and lung that has effect of warming and pushing, it lives in upper Jiao, they help each other physiologically and influence each other pathologically. Meanwhile lung regulating body fluids and heart regulating blood have close relationship with lung yang and heart yang respectively.So, the yang of heart and lung has important effect to relate the lung regulating body fluids and heart regulating blood.On the bases of putting forward lung regulating body fluids and heart regulating blood theoretically, this article duplicated the rabbit pathological model of lung not regulating body fluids which belongs to the cold fluid-retention in the lung syndrome. The mechanism of dysfunction of lung regulating body fluids affecting heart regulating blood has been explored. The index of blood rheology, angiotensin II, TxB2,6-keto-PGFu, and NO,SOD, MDA of heart and lung tissues. The experimental result indicated: the method of making animal model is stable, which can be duplicated successfully, the index of the rheology of pathological model and TXB2 ascended, 6-keto-PGF|u and angiotensin II descended, the amount of NO, SOD, MDA of heart and lung tissues changed correspondingly. The formula of warming yang to disperse cold fluid-retention bettered the above index.
