Clinical Study Of Preventing Post-operative Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction With Injection Of Zedoary Turmeric Oil By Intraperitoneal Perfusion

In order to prevent post-operative adhesive intestinal obstruction (AIO), the internaltand international scholars probe into preventing method of intestinal adhesiveness, and have carried through large numbers of clinical and experimental study. Under the theory of combining with the Chinese and western medicine, the operational patients of abdomen are applied to study of preventing post-operative AIO with Injection of Zedoary Turmeric Oil(ZTO) by intraperitoneal perfusion. There are altogether 30 cases in this study, perfusion group is a contrast to group of chitosan and blank, and in comparison with the gurgling sound resume situation, rectum exhaust and defecate, body temperature change, complication, defend situation .Conclusion: ZTO group has no obvious difference with chitosan (p>0.05), but presents a striking contrast to blank group in Gurgling sound resume, exhaust and defecate time, and prevents from recurrence (p<0.01). The entire observational group has no abnormal response, normal time of notch healing, quicken comeback of intestine and stomach function. Follow up all case by regular visits in half a year, only an example of AIO takes place, full recover after no operation therapy. The study indicates that ZTO has the effect of invigorating blood circulation and promoting abdominal cavity's hematoma absorbing. It is a reliable method that preventing AIO and reducing complication after the abdominal operation.
