| Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of Qinghuayiwei oral liquor in treating Damp-heat Syndrome of Chronic Gastritis(DHSCG).Methods: 68 cases of DHSCG were divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group of 36 cases was treated with Qinghuayiwei oral liquor orally while the control group of 32 cases was treated with Weifuchun orally.The clinical and pathological effects were observed during the course.Results: The clinical study has showed that the total effective rate and the cure rate in the treatment group were 94.44% and 36.11%,while in the control group were 78.12% and 18.75% respectively. The difference was significant in statistics(P<0.05).The treatment group was much better than the control group in improving clinical symptoms, obviating acute inflammation of gastric mucosa, relieving chronic inflammation of gastric mucosa and clearing Helicobacter Pylori(HP)(P<0.05).Qinghuayiwei oral liquor may also reverse atrophic gastric mucosa, intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia in any degree. Conclusion: Qinghuayiwei oral liquor is an effective and safe drug in treating DHSCG.The mechanism might be related to anti-inflammation, anti-toxin, clearing HP, protecting gastric mucosa, promoting gastric dynamics and fortifying immunity of economy. |
