Clinical Survey Of Original Symptoms And Signs And Study Of Pathogenesis Of TCM Of Type 2 Diabetes

Type 2 Diabetes mellitus(DM) belongs to Diabetes in TCM.There are many theories of pathogenesis about DM in TCM.This article means to study the pathogenesis about DM by surveying the original symptom of DM..The first part of the article is the summary of literature.The first , the research advancement about the risk factors of DM relating to the life style,means to key to the analysis of the pathogenesis in TCM;the result shows that the risk factors of type 2 DM include the old age,Adiposis,Hypertension,large appetite,high fat meal,little vegetable,low physical exercise and life affair.The second is the research advancement of pathogenesis about DM in TCM in recent years. The second part of the article is the theory research and clinical survey.The theory research discusses the former understanding about the pathogenesis about DM in TCM; The clinical survey is about the symptoms and signs and possible pathogeny of the original patient of DM.Conclusion:1 DM comes mostly from sthenia-syndrome and heat-syndrome 2 The most important expression of the original symptoms and signs of DM includes Qiyu,Weire,Yinxu.3 The definite symptoms and signs that can singly leads to DM includes Qiyu,Zaore,Xinhuochisheng.Weire and Yinxu have the possibility to singly lead to DM by that they can company with most symptoms and signs.4 The pathogenesis that most easily lead to DM is the combination of Qiyu with Weire.5 The possible pathogeny of the original patient of DM,such as Fat,large appetite,life affair, abnormal emotion, relate highly to Qiyu, Weire, Yinxu, Ganxu, Tanshi, while donot show as the symptoms and signs that are usually considered,such as Qixu.
