Objective: By collecting information on the physique of patients with type 2 diabetes and the electrical characteristics of the original points of the twelve channels,explore the relationship between the typical physique of patients with type 2 diabetes and the electrical characteristics of the original points of the twelve meridians,and provide TCM diagnosis,treatment and preventive health care for type 2 diabetes New theoretical data.Methods:In this study,through the use of traditional Chinese medicine constitution evaluation and meridian and viscera balance detection system,the type 2 diabetes patients with yin deficiency(30 cases),qi deficiency(30 cases),and phlegm-dampness(30 cases)were collected into 2 In the typical physique group of type diabetes,the healthy volunteers(30 cases)were collected and included in the healthy control group.The detection software“48 channels of meridian points dynamic electrical impedance information synchronization detector data acquisition and analysis system”was used to detect the characteristics of“electrical impedance lag”in the original points of the 12 meridians of 120 subjects,and the 120 cases were compared and analyzed.The average number of impedance and balance coefficient of the original points of the twelve meridians.Result:(1)The average impedance of Taiyuan acupoint in the yin deficiency group of type 2 diabetes mellitus was higher than that in the healthy control group(P<0.05),and the average impedance of Taixi acupoint in the yin deficiency group was higher than that in the healthy control group(P<0.01);The average balance coefficient of Taiyuan acupoint in the yin deficiency group was higher than that in the healthy control group(P<0.05),and the balance coefficient of Yangchi point in the yin deficiency group was higher than that in the healthy control group(P<0.05).The average balance coefficient of Taixi acupoint in the yin deficiency group was higher than that in the healthy control group(P<0.01).(2)The average impedance of Taiyuan acupoint in type 2 diabetic qi deficiency group was higher than that in healthy control group(P<0.01),the average impedance of Taibai acupoint in qi deficiency group was higher than that in healthy control group(P<0.05),and the average impedance of Chongyang acupoint in qi deficiency group was higher than that in healthy control group(P<0.01);The average balance coefficient of Taiyuan acupoint in the qi deficiency group was higher than that in the healthy control group(P<0.01),and the balance coefficient of Taibai acupoint in the qi deficiency group was higher than that in the healthy control group(P<0.01).The balance coefficient of Chongyang acupoint in the qi deficiency group was higher than that in the healthy control group(P<0.05),and the balance coefficient of Taichong point in the qi deficiency group was higher than that in the healthy control group(P<0.01).(3)Type 2 diabetes mellitus phlegm-damp quality combination Hegu acupoint impedance average is higher than the healthy control group(P<0.01),the average impedance of Wangu acupoints in the phlegm-dampness group was higher than that in the healthy control group(P<0.05),the average impedance of Taibai acupoint in the phlegm-dampness group was higher than that in the healthy control group(P<0.01);Type 2 diabetes mellitus phlegm-damp quality combination Hegu acupoints balance coefficient is higher than the healthy control group(P<0.05),the average balance coefficient of Yangchi points in the phlegm-dampness group was higher than that in the healthy control group(P<0.01),the average balance coefficient of Taibai point in the phlegm-dampness group was higher than that in the healthy control group(p<0.01),the average balance coefficient of Chongyang points in the phlegm-dampness group was higher than that in the healthy control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)The impedance values of Taiyuan and Taixi points in the twelve meridian original points of type 2 diabetes patients are abnormally high,and the left and right points of Taiyuan,Yangchi and Taixi are in a state of imbalance.(2)The impedance values of Taiyuan,Taibai,and Chongyang acupoints in the twelve meridian original points of type 2 diabetes patients were abnormally increased,and the left and right Taiyuan,Taibai,Chongyang and Taichong acupoints were in an unbalanced state.(3)In type 2 diabetes patients with phlegm-damp quality,the impedance values of Hegu,Wangu and Taibai points in the original points of the twelve meridians are abnormally increased,and the left and right Hegu,Yangchi,Taibai and Chongyang points are in an imbalance state.
