The Clinical Study On Chronic Pilvic Inflammatory Disease Treated With Fuyan Decoction

Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is a common gynecology disease, which often happens to married sexual activation period women. Its morbidity is very high and it doesn't recovery after a long period of treatment and easy to recurrence. It often causes other diseases. So it brings the great agony to the patients, affecting the health, living and work of women. Countries all over the world think highly of the research, prevention and cure of CPID.By looking up large quantity of data and the modern doctors' study concerned with CPID, the thesis summarize the pathogenesis, the difference and theating, and modern study situation. In the clinic study, one hundred patients who suffered from CPID were putted into two groups at random, FuYan decoction group and QianJin tablet for woman, the course of cure is two months. To test their curative effect, the change of clinic manifestation and the inflammatory mass were observed, and the results between the two groups were compared. The results showed that FuYan decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and physical signs of CPID patients, the total effective rate was 96%, which was higher than 86% in the controlled group. Through the observation of brightness mode ultrasonic examination, we found that FuYan decoction had made the inflammatory mass dissapear or become small obviously. This result showed that FuYan decoction can promote the absorption of inflammatory exudation.
