| Purpose: Zishentiaogantan is a formula to therapy climacteric syndrome, this formula is developed by herbalist section of yanbian university medical college's ho spital in years' clinic practices。 The components of this formula are: dongchongxiacao (cordyceps),shudi(preparedrehmanniaroot), nuzhenzi (glossyprivetfruit), gouqizi(medlar), chaihu (bupleurum root) etc。 this investigation pilot study the action of zishentiaogantang anti women' s kidney deficiency and senility through observation of clinic curative effects and experiment。Method: We have observed 65 climacteric syndrome patients,treated them with zishentiaogantang, and compared their symptom grades and sex hormone before treatment and after treatment。 The 15-20-month oid female wistar rats were separated into 4 groups randomiy in the experiment:senility comparison group(LN),zishentiaogantanggroup(ZT),jinguishenqiwan group (JS),liweiai group (LW),every group has 10 rats；10 4-5-month old wistar rats as youth comparison group；total 5 groups。 After 8 weeks raising,we measured the content of lipid peroxide (LPO),superoxide dispropirtion enzyme (SOD) ,and glutathion peroxide en zyme (GSH-PX) in blood and cerebra ,and the sex hormone in blood of the rats, measured the osteal consistency。 Result: The results of clinical curative effect observation show: That in 65 patients, 13patients were fully recovered, 41 patients have obvious curative effects, 8 patients have curative effects, 3 patients without any result, total validity rate is 95%。The results of sex hormone measures of 27 patients after therapy show that zishentiaogantang has the effects on increase E2,reduce FSH and LH in blood serum。The results of experiment research show:①the content of SOD and GSH-PX in blood and cerebrum of old rats is lowerthan young rats, the content of LPO in blood and cerebrum of old rats is higherthan young rats in free radicals level examination, theseresultshaveshatisticdifference(p<0.05 or p<0.01), these results indicate that old rat is inefficient in anti-oxidizes and clear free radicals being produced endosomatic。However, the content of SOD,GSH-PX is increasing and LPO is reducing in the groups have been treated with medicines, the results have statistic difference (P<0.05 Or P<0.01)。These results indicate that the medicines can improve the metabolism of free radicals efficiently, zishentiaogantang and liweiai have the best curative effects。② the E2 and PRL in blood of senility comparison group are lower than youth comparison group (p<0.05),but FSH and LH are higher than youth comparison group(p<0.01),PRO is higher than youth comparison group but has no statistic difference。 The medicines can reduce the level of FSH\LH, and increase the level of E2\PRL。However, only the results ofzishentiaogantang group and liweiai group have statistic difference。③ in osteal consistency examination, the osteal consistency of each groups treated with medicines is higher than senility comparison group,but only the results of zishentiaogantang group and jinguishengqiwan group have statistic difference(P<0.05 or p<0.01)。 The osteal consistency of youth compauison group is higher than senility comparison group,but is lower than each group treated with medicines, the possible reason is youth comparison group rats are still in skeleton growth stage。Discussion: Zishentiaogantang con impuove the ovary function,increase the level of female hormome secretion, defend osteoporosis,improve the metabolism of free radicals efficiently,slower the senility of middle age and old women thereby。... |
