Objectives:To look for a biosynthetic bone with dual effect of oster-conduction and oster-inducement as a substitute of auto-graft was the idea. To evaluate short-term effect of CCHA (compound coralline hydroxylapatite ) in clinical application as a substitute of auto-graft. 1 To observe and research clinical effect of rh-BMP-2(reconstruction human biosynthetic bone morphgenetic protein-2) in experimental dosage.2. To observe and research effect of chitosan in experimental dosage which is applied in biosynthetic bone of new type. 3 To observe clinical significance of man-made bone of new type surrounding the period of operation (from one or two week before operation to one or two week after operation). 4 To observe clinical significance of man-made bone of new type recently.Methods:We observed and write down the status of target in a integrated follow up table. We applied numeric standards and selected different designed experimental methods and statistic methods in the clinical experiment. 1 To observe short-term effect of bone fusion. We designed experiment with sequential clinical experimental designed method:CCHA and auto illics bone were respectively used in the treatment of bone nonunions and vertebral column fusion in patients. Take X-ray photograph after operation and scale the picture through Lane-Sandhu's method. We resumed a =0.05,P =0.05,when the Y =F(failure)S(success)/SF=2,we accepted the biosynthesis bone. 2 To observe and research clinical effect of rh-BMP-2 and chitosan. Measure with the normal,we observed andcompared the living standard,hepatic and renal function of the patients in trial during the period of operation,and the trial was designed with statistic T-test. 3 To compare clinical effect between the application of CCHA and other material of bone graft in One-Way ANOVA. 4 To observe in farther time. We combined taking X-ray and physical examination. We statistical analysed and treated the data with method of non-parameter contrast.Result:1 When CCHA were used in the treatment of vertebral column fusion and bone nonunious in patients,almost of the patients were healed up completely at about the tenth to twelfth week after operation. In the trial graph,the up line was crossed when the 15th pairs of cases were took into although 2 pairs of cases were dismissed as the same grade. 2 The data show the parameter of hepatic and renal function of patients which used rh-BMP-2 in the normal scale during the period of operation,while some data beyond the normal scale at the third day or the seventh day after operation. 3 To compare clinical effect between the application of CCHA and the contrast,we founded that the former can reduce the days in hospital,decrease the quantity of bleeding in operation and shorten the time of operation. 4 To observe in farther time,we founded that the fusion effect of CCHA is good,the rate of bad response is low and the rate of success is satisfied. The rate of dissolution of the CCHA is to be a certainly.Conclusion:1 The bone fusion effect of CCHA was better than auto bone at the tenth to twelfth week after operation. 2 The rh-BMP-2 and chitosan in experimental dosage was safe and effective. And they had not obvious side-effect. 3 The effect of CCHA of new type is good surrounding the period of operation. 4 To observe in farther time,CCHA can be accepted as the correct substitute of bone graft,and the rate of dissolution should be improved.
