Incidence of cerebral infarction ( CI) is very high, and CI often behaves many complications. These add heavy burden to their families and society. The pathogenesis of CI is very complex, and the pathologic physiology is still not distinct.Recently, many scholar have found that c - type natriuretic pep-tide (CNP) and the receptor - CNP(R - CNP) in the central nerve system (CNS). It was testified that CNP had many kinds of function such as diastoling blood vessel, reducing blood pressure, resisting atheoscleorsis, adjusting water and electrolyte metabolism. CNP may participate in the pathophysiology of CI. But the plasma content of CNP and its biological activity during the CI are constantly investiga-ted and researched. Accordingly, we determined the content of CNP in the plasma of CI sufferers to investigate the relationship between CNP and CI, to elucidate the pathology mechanism of CI and to ex-plore the new treatment.Objection1. Objection: 35 cases of CI who suffered the disease for the firsttime.2. Control group: 25 healthy persons.Method1. Sample collection; Collecting 2ml vein blood of CI patients in three days and 14 days later separately. Put it into the test tube which was installed 10% EDTA2natril 30μl and aprotin 40|jJ in advance. After enough immingle, centrifugalize 10 minutes, 3500 rpm, 4t. Plasm separated was preserved in - 70?C refrigerator for measure. 2ml blood of healthy persons was collected.2. Detection of CNP content: CNP content was detected by ra-dioimmunoassay way.Reagent boxes: reagent boxes of CNP detection were purchased from Radioimmunoassay Institute of Liberation Army General Hospital Science and Technology exploitation center.3. Statistics analyse; SPSS software was used to accounting. The data of measure were displaied with X ?S. Analysis by t test.Results1. The level of CNP content in CI patients and healthy controls were separately. ( p < 0. 001)2. The level of CNP content in CI patients debased in first 3 days, then rose up in 14 days, but the level was still under that in control group.3. The level of CNP in CI patients was related to the state of illness; The level of CNP content in graveness was lower than that ofslightness. (p<0.001)DiscussionCNP is a kind of vessel active peptide, which was separated in 1990. It has been proved that CNP consists broadly in the central nervous. CNP is located mainly in below thalamenceplalon. The spe-cificity receptor was NPR - B, which is distributed abroadly in vessel smooth muscle of brain and endothelial cell. When CNP links with NPR - B, cGMP will increase and vessel will diastole. Those bring down the blood pressure. If yajialang was used in andvance, the dias-tole vessel would be interdicted. If NG - monmethy - L type arginine or indomethacin were used in advance, the diastolgvessel would be in-terdicted. So the mechanism of CNP diastolgbrain areriole is the in-crease of cGMP.Our experiment indicated that the level of CNP descend first 3 days in CI patients and then returned incompletly in 14 days. The re-sult shows that CNP is related to CI. CNP in heavy group was lower than that in slightness. This result indicated that CNP can reflect the degree of disease and CNP may participate in the course of pathology. It can be testified by the process of CI and CNP biological activity. Blood pressure raised, after CI. The relation of blood pressure and CI fatalness are positive correlation. The turbulence of water and electro-lyte is a frequent complication of CI. Among these, hyper matremia is the most danger to life. Hypermatremia after CI will aggravate hydro-cephalus, especially the hypothalamus and lobus posterior hypopthy-seos, leading to function obstacle. If pathological changes involve in osmotic pressure sensor, it will induce central hypermatremia. Fur-thermore, antidiuretic hormone abnormity secretion syndrome after CI.
