| Objective: Explore the influence of long drinking alcohol on the plasma neuropeptide-Y(NPY), Calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)and endothelin(ET) of cerebral ischemia rat. Methods: Select 30 male Wistar rats, weigh 180-200g, feed with 7.2% alcohol for 100 days, then made into long drinking alcohol Model. Next, made cerebral ischemia model for both the drinking alcohol group and drinking water group. Before ischemia and after ischemia for 1 hour , 3 hours, 6 hours, sampling blood and detect NPY, CGRP and ET with Radio-Immunity assay. Result: For both groups, plasma NPY of ischemia 3 hours was significantly increased(P<0.05), and decrease gradually in 6 hours. NPY of drinking alcohol group was higher than that of drinking water group for all the time (P<0.05); Plasma CGRP of ischemia 3 hours of the drinking water group was significantly decreased (P<0.01), for drinking alcohol group, that of ischemia 1 hour was decreased(P<0.05)and persistent to 3 hours. when ischemia 6 hours, plasma CGRP of both groups were increase obviously than before ischemia, but that of drinking alcohol group was lower than that of drinking water group; plasma ET of ischemia 3 hours of drinking water group wasincreased(P<0.05), and down to normal level when ischemia 6 hours, for drinking alcohol group, plasma ET increased when ischemia 1 hour (P<0.05), and down to normal level when ischemia 3 hours and 6 hours, and plasma ET of drinking alcohol group was significantly higher than that of drinking water group before ischemia and after ischemia 1 hour and before ischemia (P<0.05). There's no relative among plasma NPY and CGRP and ET respectively. Conclusion: There are dynamic change of plasma NPY, CGRP and ET in the super-early of cerebral infarction, long drinking alcohol can augment these changes. NPY, CGRP and ET are sensitive index of cerebral ischemia, and can be used to estimate the state of illness and prognosis... |
