| Objective To Investigate the influence of oxidative stress in rat model of asthma and the inhibitory effect of bilirubin. Methods We established a rat model of asthma .and the method we used Including biochemisty, radioimmunology, inraunohistochemistry ect. Results LPO incresed and SOD decresed in rat asthmatic models, while rat models pretreated with bilirubin is on the contrary. TNF-α : IL-6 and NF- k B have the same tendency with LPO. Conclusions oxidative stress do have great influence on asthmatic rat models, and bilirubin have antioxidative effect In lung of the rats. |
