| Objective: To explore the relationship between the plasma levels of LBP , CGRP and the hemodynamic disturbance in liver cirrhosis patients. Then investigate the changes of the levels of LBP , CGRP and the hyperdynamic status after the application of Miya-BM , a kind of intestinal microzoological regulator. Methods: The plasma levels of LBP , CGRP were detected by ELISA and RIA respectively, MAP and pulse pressure measured before and after the application of Miya- BM.Results: 1 The levels of LBP and CGRP in liver cirrhosis patients with ascite were higher than patients without ascite and health control group significantly ( P<0.05 ) . Patients with ascite had more significant hemodynamic disturbance than patients without ascite (P<0.05) . The hemodynamic indexes had no difference in patients without ascite andhealth control group. 2 The levels of LBP related to MAP negatively, to pulse pressure positively.3 The fall of MAP and the rise of pulse pressure changed more significantly in higher CGRP group than in lower CGRP group (P<0.05) .4 In treatment group ,the levels of LBP was decreased (P<0.05 ),but CGRP had no change(P >0.05 ). The MAP went up,the pulse pressure went down (P<0.05) but they had not reached to normal. 5 All indexes didn't improve in patients suffering liver cirrhosis and ascite without application of Miya-BM.Conclusion: Enterogenic endotoximia represented by LBP is a reason of the formation of hyperdynamic status in liver cirrhosis patients with ascite. Plasma CGRP takes part in the formation of hyperdynamic status too.Hyperdynamic status was improved partially after application of Miya-BM because of the descent of LBP. |
