PURPOSE Study the influences of SanAoXiongTing combined dosage to big rat's function and morphology that has been suffered from HPH and probe into its function mechanism tentatively.METHOD Utilize the method which is short of oxygen of the atmosphere to duplicate hypoxia big mouse's model of high pressure of lung artery. 50 big mice of male SD, are divided into 5 groups at random: Contrast group , model group , while katuopuli solution group, big-dosage group of Chinese Medicine, mid-dosage group,, 10 every groups. respectively irrigating stomach for four weeks with equal quantity of NS, katuopul solution, SanAoXiongTing combined dosage, feeding under the same condition of whole groups, use medicine 28d in succession, consequently examining mPAP, PASP,PADP with the method of right heart vessel; and examining CGRP, TXB2, 6-KETO-PGF (1a ) with the method of Radiation& Immunity. After putting the big mouse to death, weigh the free wall heavy RV and left ventricle and interval heavy LV +S of room of wet heavy wW of lung right ventricle, calculating the plump index (RV/LV+S ) of right heart, and the lung ooze out the index (wW/BW ); Utilize the analytical method of the vision, determine lung small artery pathology and shape metrology.RESULT (1) SanAoXiongTing combined dosage and katuopuli solution group can reduce mPAP,wW/BW,RV/LV+S of mouse obviously, SanAoXiongTing combined dosage group is equivalent to to katuopuli solution group. (2) SanAoXiongTing combined dosage group and katuopuli solution group can reverse model lung blood vessel of mouse construct again obviously, promoting TXB2, 6- Keto-PGF (la ) expresses, reduce TXB2 level , and influences T/P ratio. But treat every above-mentioned index of the group and does not totally resume to contrasting group's level normally yet.CONCLUSION SanAoXiongTing combined dosage can reduce Pulmonary arterial hypertension of model mouse effectively, the lung blood vessel structure is rebuilt to reverse partly, improve the right heart function, its function mechanism may be with raising plasma CGRP notably, 6- Keto-PGF (la ) level, reduces TXB2 level and influence TXB2/6-Keto-PGF (1a) value to have something to do.
