| Rumex gmelini Turcz., Perennial root herb plant belongs to the family of Polygonaceae rumex L. It has been used for antifungal, antitumor, antitussive and expectrant, antiasthma, depressce antivirus and antioxidation. The HPLC fingerprinting of one-year and two-year Rumex gmelini Turcz. at different development stages has been analyzed by software of resemblance. Common peaks and resemblance have been identified in this paper. Which was used for providing the credible theory basis for establish of fingerprinting of Rumex gmelini Turcz. Samples in the research are from the Park of medical plant belonging to Heilongjiang University of CM.The law of dynamic accumulation and temporal and spatial variation of the active constituents in one-year and two-year Rumex gmelini Turcz. were studied by HPLC fingerprinting. The active constituents include polydatin, resveratrol, chrysophanoll-gl -ucoside, musizin, emodin, chrysophanol , and physcion. Through the study, the scientific basis for establish of quality evaluation was provided. The relationship between secondary metabolites and some environmental factors and the distribution of the active constituents were analyzed using statistics method. The factors include light intensity, soil moisture, nitrogen, stages of development and various organs and tissues. The cultivation and harvest methods of Rumex gmelini Turcz.were discussed and summarized in the study. |
