| Rumex gmelini Turcz is classified as Rumex(Polygonaceae). Its root and rhizome have been used for antifungal, antitumor, antitussive and expectrant, antiasthma, antivirus and antioxidation. To study the effect of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)on the growth of R. gmelini, arsorption of phosphorus and secondary metabolites content in greenhouse pots. They are Glomus diaphanum Morton & Walker(GD),G.manihot Howeler Sieverding & Schnck(GM),G.versiforme(Karsen)Berch(GV),Acaulospora mellea Spain & Schenck(AM),A.laevis Gerdemann & Trappe(AL)and non-mycorrhizal seedlings. The results showed that the seedlings growth was usually affected by the five AMFs. The length of leaf,root/shoot ratio and biomass of most arbuscular mycorrhizal seedlings was preferential to non-mycorrhizal seedlings.Mycorrhizal colonization frequency experiment shows that the AMFs need a period of time to infect the plant.Time is different with different fungi of AMFs.And the different fungi make the different colorization frequency.Formation of arbuscular mycorrhizal can remarkably increase the absorption of phosphorus, especially in the roots. The allocation proportion of phosphorus showed the increased trends along with altivated times, but reach the maximum is also related to the fungal species. In addition,in this paper,we also studied the effect of AMFs on the secondary metabolites of R.gmelini.The result showed that the content of polydatin, resveratrol, musizin, emodin, chrysophanol, physcion and chrysophanol 1-glucoside was different with the different sources of AMFs.And most of them can increase the content. This paper can offer the theoretic base to use the AMFs increase the yields and qualities of R.gmelini.And it can improve the studies the effect of biology factor on R. gmelini. |
