The Clinical Research Of Yi Xin Capsule For Angina Pectoris Of Coronaryheart Disease (Type Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis) And The Influence On The Level Plasma Angiotensin

Yi Xin capsule is a new medicine on treating Angina Pectoris of CHD, which is elaborately made by Harbin Quanyi medical limited company based on clinical experience of many specialists and traditional medicine theory. It has been ratified by national supervisory medicine bureau and has completed the third stage of clinical observation. In the research, the patients of Angina Pectoris with the type of qi stagnation and blood stasis were divided into two sets, one with Yi Xin capsule and the other with Xin Ke Shu tablet. A randomized , double-blind , double-imitate of parallel method was used in the research. We observed the changes of the symptoms , the syndrome of traditional medicine , ECG and endothelin of patients.Conclusion: Yi Xin capsule relieaved the symptoms of Angina Pectoris , the syndrome of traditional medicine and recovered ECG. The total efficiency was 83.33%, 60.00% and 90.00%. The curative effect of Yi Xin capsule is better than that of Xin Ke Shu tablet. Yi Xin capsule decreased the angiotensinâ…¡ concentration. This maybe a mechanism of Yi Xin capsule on the treatment for Angina Pectoris of CHD.
