Objective To understand the prevalence of children' injury-related behavior by Prevalence Survey to the Maanshan City's children and probe into the influence factors on injury-related behaviors in children To evaluate the effect of health education intervention to the injury-related behaviorMethods All of primary schools were unified the serial number of all Maanshan City, 6 primary schools were taken out as study locale by random cluster sampling. These primary schools that were chose from 1 to 5 was study object, add up to 5511 people. < was adopted by oneself, <, < were used to investigate the student , parents and teachers and proceed the unite the questionnaire, Epi Info6.04 was used to establish the database and recorded, This analysis was adopted SPSS 11.0 software package completion, Injury-related behavior was conformed by binary logistic regression; Factors influencing the injury-related behavior of children were adopted single-factors Multinomial logistic, the Principle components factor and Multi-factors Multinomial logistic to analyze.The schools were divided into intervention group and comparison group. Effectiveness of intervention was evaluated by comparison before and after intervention and comparison with a non-intervention adopted by paired-samples T test. There were put into practice intervention measure of health education for 2729 children of the intervention group and no intervention measure for 2547 children of the control group. < was adopted to children'injury-related behavior again after intervention9 months. Observe the influence on the intervention measure to the children' injury-related behavior and evaluate the appliance worth.Results Injury-related behavior problem of Maanshan city's children circumstance was as follows: there are 5276 children was researched, no-injury-related behavior was 1393, occupy the total number of 26.40%; middle-injury-related behavior was 2555, and occupy the total number of 48.43%; severe-injury-related behavior was 1328, occupy the total number of 25.17%, There were significance statistics meaning between boys and girls,the incidence of girls was high than boys in the no-injury-related behavior,there was no difference between boys and girls in the middle-injury-related behavior,the incidence of girls was low than boys in the severe-injury-related behavior, and there were significance statistics meaning among grades, and there were significance statistics meaning among grades, no-injury-related behavior was reduced along with the grades raised,middle-injury-related behavior was no difference among grades,severe-injury-related behavior was raised along with the grades raised. There were significance statistic meaning among schools.There were main influence factors were the factor related school, family factor, the level of the cognition of parents on injuries, the children oneself factor by Principle components and Multinomial logistic. The influence factors were parents factor,the factor related school, the level of the cognition of parents on injury, the mode of education and the children oneself factor by Principle components and Multinomial logistic.After intervention 9 monthsjncidence of injury-related behavior changed to 26.52%, 50.50%, 22.98%after intervention from 25.72%, 48.33%, 25.94% in the intervention group,incidence of injury-related behavior changed to26.45%, 52.11%,21.44% from27.13%,48.53%,24.34% in the control group; Exclude the influence of the no-equilibria factors between schools, There were significance statistics meaning between groups in drowning behavior and bike behavior after health education intervention, and the change degree of intervention group abovethe control group.
