| 1 Methods for the quantitative determination of the active constituent in Danshen Dahuang mixture and Danshen crude drugObjective: To establish methods for the quantitative determination of Tanshinone ⅡA and Danshensu in Danshen Dahuang mixture and Danshen crude drug , investigate the quantitative variety among Danshen Dahuang mixture. And the effects of several extraction methods were compared in the quantitative determination of the active constituents.Methods: Reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) was developed. A 250 mm×4.6mm TIANHE-ODS column with a mobile phase consisting of methanol-0.5% ethyl acid(13:87) was used for Danshensu. It was detected at 280nm. A 250 mm*4.6mm TIANHE -ODS column with a mobile phase consisting of methanol - H2O(78:22) was used for Tanshinone. It was detected at 270nm.Result and conclusion: Both of the methods had good repeatability ,sensitivity and specificity.2 Methods for the quantitative determination of the active constituent in Danshen Dahuang mixture and Dahuang crude drugObjective: To establish the method for the quantitative determination of Dahungsu in Danshen Dahuang mixture and Dahuang crude drug, investigate the quantitative variety among Danshen Dahuangmixture. It was detected at 254 run.Result and conclusion: The method had good repeatability , sensitivity and specificity. |
