| To approach to the effect of acupuncture on serum calcium, magnesium in the rats of acute cerebral ischemia. And to explore the mechanism of acupuncture therapy further than before This thesisrthe models have been produced through middle cerebral artery occlusion been made in 178 Wistar rats by thread-ligation method. When there is 5 minutes after ischemia, acupuncture group is acupunctured and medicine group is injected GM|. The content of serum calcium, magnesium of models, acupuncture and medicine group have been measured in lh,2h,3h,5h,7h,12h,24h following cerebral ischemia and those of normal group have measured directly. Results: the content of serum calcium, magnesium have more and more decreased after the acute cerebral ischemia with the time elapsed. The content of serum calcium, magnesium in acupuncture group and medicine increased significantly, and two groups have no difference.Conclusion: acupuncture has a regulative effect on to cerebral protection. The effect of serum calcium, magnesium is one of the mechanism of acupuncture therapy on acute cerebral ischemia. |
