Cervical erosion is the most common disease of Gynecological clinic, which is a frequently pathology alteration of chronic cervicitis. It appears micro-granular red zone at cervix vaginal portion. The research implied Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection of cervix is related to cervical erosion. And the HPV infection of cervix is the main etiology factor of cervical cancer. So, the cervical erosion with HPV infection may progressed to cervical cancer. Otherwise the cervical erosion with HPV infection also related with other infection of cervical, the patient's age, job, childbearing history et al. The iatrophysics is the tradition therapy of cervical erosion, which destroy the columnar epithelium of cervix and replaced it by the stratified squamous epithelium. However, a new treatment is applied to the cervical erosion with HPV infection recently. Interferon can cure the cervical erosion through using in vaginal to clean the virus of cervix and improve the body's immunology. Overall, the effected therapy for cervical erosion of HPV infection can prevent the disease's progressing into cervical cancer. This article is briefly analysis the diagnosis and treatments of 65 cervical erosion. Discuss the problem of HPV infection and antivirus therapy. Objective: To discuss the problem of HPV infection of cervical erosion, its antivirus therapy and clinical significance. Methods: 65 patients from gynecology clinic are random divided into experiment group and control group. 44 patients of experiment use in vaginal. 21 patients of control group use Policresulen in vaginal. Evaluated patients vaginal secretion's character, the degree and type of cervical erosion, cervical scraping smear and virus infected cervical. Calculate the datum of two groups and compare the effect of Recombination Interferon Cork a2b and Policresulen. Results: 30 patients are infected by the HPV. The ratio is 46.15%. The HPV infectious rate is rising with the elevate of cervical lesion's level. The cervical erosion with HPV infection also related with other infection of cervical, the patient's age, job, childbearing history et al. The difference between two groups is significant.(P<0.05) The effective rate of experiment group is 90.91%, higher than that of control group 76.19%. Turning negative rate of experiment group also higher than that of control group. With elongation of medication course, the effective rate and turning negative rate of HPV infection show rising tendency. The effect rate descend with the rising of cervical lesion's level. By drug treatment, the clinical symptoms of most patients infectedwith HPV are amelioration. The remission rate of clinical symptoms is 89.2%. The HPV infectious rate of cervical erosion with other pathogens infection is higher than the whole HPV infectious rate. Only a few patients present transient fever, dizzy and malaise of vaginal. The ratio is 6.2%. The ill effected are remission with no disposal. During the course, all patients has no anomalies of blood routine tesU urine routine test liver function and renal function. Conclusion:1. Cervical erosion is related to HPV infection of cervix.2. Cervical erosion with HPV infection is relate to cervical scraping smear vaginal secretion's character other pathogens' infection, patients age job and childbearing history et al.3. Antivirus therapy is effective for cervical erosion, the effect of Recombination Interferon Cork a2b is superior to Policresulen for cervical erosion.4. The drug treatment has no obvious ill effect.5. Early antivirus treatment for cervical erosion with HPV infection maybe prevent cervical precancerous lesion and cervical cancer.
