Objective to investigate the prevention and treatment of frequent postoperative complications of pylorus-preserving pancreaticoduodenectomy. Methods to analyse clinical date of 13 cases of postoperative complications of PPPD. Results 12 cases of single complication:5 cases of delayed gastric emptying, 2 cases of pancreatic fistula,2 cases of hemorrhage,2 cases of biliary fistula,1 case of infection of abdominal cavityï¼›1 case of two or more complications:pancreatic fistula and infection of abdominal cavity. 12 cases were cured and 1 case died in 13 cases. Conclusions the major of prevention and treatment of postoperative complications of pylorus-preserving pancreaticoduodenectomy is prospective prevention and the minor is treatment.
