Objective To probed the effect to the organism of carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum during laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods review analysis on August , 2000 till April,2003Year the sick person who treats after LC 145 cases. Monitor the change of blood pressure, Heart rate of a sick person after the pneumoperitoneum,compare the sick person body temperature preoperation and postoperation。Result the series 145 cases,included Male 57 ,Female 88,Male ∶Female = 1 ∶1.54,Age 15-71's year ,Average age 46.5 years old 。The course of disease was 1 day to 20 years,Be hospitalized after surgery the time (2-10 days ),average be hospitalized is 5 days , and 59 instances are the gall bladder polypus , 86 instances are the gall bladder calculus 。Average time of operation was 83 minutes。Pneumoperitoneum 15 ,30 minute ,The blood pressure and the heart rate obvious ascending before the gas charging (p<0.05);Pneumoperitoneum 15 minutes together with 30 minutes blood pressure ,The heart rate does not obvious divergence (p>0.05);Gas release afterwards 5 minutes blood pressure ,The heart rate possess the degradution than the value of pneumoperitoneum 30 minutes (p<0.05)。The body temperature of postoperation is lower than the value of preoperation(p<0.05)。Conclusion 1,The carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum adjust the rotary system target in LC :Heart rate ,The blood pressure ascendes the action ,are possess marked divergence in the statistics (t<0.05).2,In LC, the carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum adapts to time prolongs causes the heart rate ,Blood pressure ascendes , Yet does not marked divergence in the statistics (t>0.05).3,The carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum adjust the body temperature and possess the effect in LC ,The body temperature of postoperation is lower than the value of preoperation(p<0.05)。...
