| Objective: With CDFI ( Color Doppler Flour imaging ) on the base of angiomorphology and hemodynamics to investigate objective micromomic index of Syndrom of Turbid Phlegm and Blood Stasis for hyperplasia of mammary gland and breast cancer. Methods: 100 cases of Turbid Phlegm and Blood Stasis for hyperplasia of mammary gland group and 100 cases of Turbid Phlegm and Blood Stasis for early breast cancer group, inspect index in hemodynamics and pathology, and explore relation between them. Results: The accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis is the main pathogenesis of these diseases , with increasing serious degree of introductal hyperplasia and cyslic hyperplasia in accordance with pathology ,new blood vessel increase and blood velocity, resistance index as well. Conclusion: in a hemodynamics way there have a new objective method of dignosis , treastment of hyperplasia and cancer for differentence . It's innovate of finding objective way to validate rationality of traditional difference. |
