The Dinical Study Of Using The Whole Concept And The Biological Mechantcs Principle In Treating The Protrusion Of The Lumber Disc.

Objective: To discuss the using of the whole concept and the biological mechanics principle, by the integrity of the spine, the dinical effect of using massage technique treat the protrusion of the lumber disc.Methods: After fittering all the patients with lumber disc protrusion choose 102 patients with lumber disc protrusion and the sickness of cervical vertebra and thoracic vertebra as study object.Randoml 51 as observation group, 51 control group using the whole technique treatment in the observation group, meanuhile, giving dual attention to three dimensional mechanics structure adjustmen of the cervical vertebra and the thoracic vertebra, using regular massage treatment in control group, treating the lumber disc only. Observing the symtons and the body draft before and after the treatment, contrast the dinical effect of the two groups, Affter the x-rax inspection,contrasting the chang of the vertebra physiology curvature and the side cunved before and after the treatment, the treatment course contrast of the two groups, with in a year, the vecurring rate contrast of the two groups. Result:1.the observation group, curing rate: 84%. effective rate: 98%. the antrol group. curing rate: 67%, effective rate: 90%, the clinical effect of the observation group is superior to the control group. 2.before treatment, after x-ray inspection, all the two groups have the vertebra, phxsidogy currature and the side curved, after the treatment, taring another x-ray, the observation group is improved drstinctly, but the control group is not obvious. It states that the dinical effect is ratio to the change of the vertebra physiology currature and the side curved. 3. The costed times of culing rate in observation group is far few than the control group, the treatment course of the observation group is shorter than the control group. 4. within a year, the recurring rate of the observation group is lower than the control group, explaning that the curative effect of the spinal techuique treatment is stable, is not easy to year.Conclusions: 1.The whole concept of Chinese Medicine can instruct the dinical massage treatment of the protrusion of the lumber disc. 2.The spinal overall techuique treatment can treat the protrusion of the lumber disc, mean while, giving dual affention to the adjustment of abnormal structure of the lumber lertebra and the cervical vertebra. 3.The dinical study states that: using the spinal column overall techuique treatment cure the protrasion of the lumber disc, can enhance the curative effect, reduce the treatment course, reduce recurring rate, is superior to regular massage treatment.
