[Objective]:Observation on the exacerbations of moxibustion for treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion with simple electroacupuncture for treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion clinical therapeutic effects of electroacupuncture, exacerbation of moxibustion for treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc in the mechanism of action, clinical treatment for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc with a new treatment method.[Methods]:From March2010to July2011, the study of60cases of lumbar disc herniation patients are come from the second outpatient of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine Affiliated Second Hospital and The acupuncture and moxibustion acupuncture clinic of Mudanjiang Osteological Hospital.There were32male,28female, the youngest is35years old, the oldest is73years old, the shortest is4days,the longest is10years. During the treatment,it is main idea to observe the condition,life studying, working of patients.Before the treatment of the two groups, here is no Significance from the statistical analysis in comparison of age, gender, general, by t test or X2test(P>0.05), has the balanced comparability. We need divided into two groups randomly depend on the consistent with the lumbar disc herniation patients at admission,we need divided into two groups, The two groups are the treatment group and the control group. each group has30cases, the treatment group take the measure of Electroacupuncture increased moxibustion treatment, the control group take the measure of electroacupuncture, and then we need to observe the curative effect of groups.[Conclusion]:With VAS score comparison of two groups,Before treatment the patients of two groups VAS scores comparation t test (P>0.05), There is no Significance in the statistical analysis; After treatment the patients of two groups VAS scores comparation T test P<0.05, there is Significance in the statistical analysis. Both of the two group’s comparison before and after the treatment T test was (P<0.05), There is Significance in the statistical analysis.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.With JOA score comparison of two groups, Before treatment the patients of two groups JOA scores comparation t test (P>0.05), There is no Significance in the statistical analysis; After treatment the patients of two groups JOA scores comparation T test P<0.05, there is Significance in the statistical analysis. Both of the two group’s comparison before and after the treatment T test was (P <0.05), There is Significance in the statistical analysis.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.The comparison of curative effect of two the groups:The control group:8cases were cured,10cases are notable, effective in7cases,5cases are invalid, the significantly efficiency are60.00%; The treatment group:12cases were cured,14cases are notable, effective in3cases, leases are invalid, the significantly efficiency are86.67%; The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, as the X2test(P <0.05), there are statistical significance.
