Aortic dissection (AD) is the most common aortic catastrophe, as generally believed. The most liability factor of aortic dissection is hypertension and structure abnormity of aortic medial layer. The clinical symptom of Aortic dissection usually presents with sudden onset of severe pain and ischemic change of tissue and organ caused by relative artery block and presents complexity and variability and nonspecific. Once the diagnosis of aortic dissection is suspected on clinical grounds, it is essential to confirm the diagnosis promptly and accurately. The diagnosis modalities currently available for these purposes include varied imaging methods. Each method has certain advantages and disadvantages, but none is appropriate in all situations. We can choose appropriate method according to the state of an illness concrete circumstance. Mortality rate was higher and prognosis was worse in patients who took longer to therapy promptly and timely, the aim of medical therapy is stabilizing state of illness by reducing hypertension and restrains ventricular contraction, if medical therapy is not effective, immediately surgical treatment is necessary0 Although surgical treatment has improved early survival of patients with acute aortic dissections treated by medical therapy ineffective. Some patients can not endure the hit of Surgical treatment, in addition surgical operation has some shortage indeed, especially Stanford type B acute aortic dissection is the higher risks and mortality of open surgery and Surgical treatment is not a ideal therapy. In recent years, stent-graft placement to treat acute aortic dissection was effective and betterprognosis.
