Research System Of Electric Patient Record Based On HL7

With the establishment of socialist economy system and the improvement of creature comforts level , the public begin to require more on service of health that related to themselves. The building of information of hospital has became a powerful meanings to enhance management level , improve efficiency and quality of healthy service.EPR as a important sign of HIS conversion from MS to clinic information system ,is centered on patient information to improve the quality of medical treatment and service, deduce medical mistake and accidence in hospital daily work. the application of EPR will help to enhance whole management of hospital , embody the management ideal of "central on patient "and play a critical role in the building of hospital imformationalization, National Health Organization has indicated in that establishing EPR is goal of recently building his of our country.Based on full illumination of EPR conception and content ,this paper starts from four common problems existed in recently research of EPR, apply standard HL7 to standard of information exchanging in EPR so as to exchange information conveniently with other medical subsystem as well as explain HL7's(the information transmit standard of medical system) content construction and the important role that played in information exchanging between systems in hospital This paper also solve the problem of EPR 's model and bring out my own CAD model about the first EPR page of our country by using standard of CAD as a EPR construction in medical field issued by organization of HL7 ,at the same time realize the simple function of output through XML. This paper design and realize function of recording the trace of amending in order to improve the security and legal strength of EPR .In other way ,according to the content construction of EPR, we have a whole model design on it , so that it can be a real preparation for medical application .
