The Research Of C-type Natriuretic Peptide In The Patients With Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

ObjectiveTo explore the relationship of C-type natriuretic peptide and the mechanism of chronic pulmonary heart disease..MethodsThe persons with chronic pulmonary heart disease in the hospital were served as experiment including two subexperiments , one is urgent aggravation and the other is clinical alleviation and the healthy persons with physical check-up in the corresponding period of the hospital were served as control , the CNP concentrations in plasma were studied with radioimmunoassay and compared the variation in the experiment and the control.Results1. CNP of the experiment is higher than the control (p<0.01) 2. CNP of the urgent aggravation is higher than the clinical alleviation (p<0.01) 3. CNP of the persons who have chronic pulmonary heart disease is negatively correlated with that of oxygen partial pressure but no relationship with bicarbonate partial pressure.ConclusionCNP is concerned with the process of pulmonary heart disease and is...
